• To prepare recommendations and an implementation roadmap tailored to your business.
• To improve our services and the quality of our communications.

How we store and share information

We store lead submissions in our business systems to manage enquiries and delivery. We may use third parties to operate our website and communications (for example, hosting, analytics, email delivery, and database services).

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless we need to keep it longer for lawful business reasons (e.g., resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations).

Your rights (POPIA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing where applicable.

To make a request, email aivanceautomation@gmail.com with the subject line "POPIA Request" and include enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate your records.
